SENTINEL VANGUARD
Risk management · Western Canada

Specialist expertise that stands up to scrutiny.

Sentinel Vanguard assembles qualified specialists for high-consequence operators and controls the documentation around their work. Each specialist signs what they are qualified to sign. We coordinate everything around it, from the client’s office and remotely.

Services

Four services, each with a named lead.

Every engagement has a scope in writing, a controlled document set and an independent review before anything leaves the firm.

A

Program development and review

Risk management programs written to the client’s operation and checked against the sources that govern it.

B

Contractor and subcontractor management

Prequalification packages, scope alignment, schedules and oversight records for the people working on your sites.

C

Document control and assurance

One locked format and numbering per document family, version history and verification before issue.

D

Specialist coordination

The right qualified professional for each discipline, briefed, scheduled and kept inside their own scope.

How each service and engagement runs

Method

Who does what, and who signs.

Sentinel never signs work built on expertise it does not hold. That rule shapes every engagement and every contract.

Remote first

Field support is delivered from the client’s office and remotely. Site attendance is the exception, not the model, which keeps cost and travel exposure down.

What Sentinel does not do

  • Supply low-level field safety personnel.
  • Run a managed health and safety department for a client.
  • Put its name to specialist work it did not author.
